Coronavirus Update
With Coronavirus levels reducing and the lock-down easing Canis et Cattus can operate within current guidelines. Our insurers are able to cover us fully as from July. We will take reasonable precautions to ensure any risk of infection is minimised. This will include minimising contact with you and wearing disposable gloves while visiting your premises and handling your dog/cat.
Pet Sitting that requires us to be in the house for length of time cannot be undertaken at the moment. If you require your pet to be urgently looked after, Pet Visits can be an option. Pet Visits can be arranged under mutual terms.
Information Forms: Any forms which include for example Pet Information Sheet and Veterinary Release Form that must be completed under our Insurance can be sent as a PDF or as a print out with SAE for return to us.
Dog Walking initial assessment: We will initially need to meet your dog prior to walking or visiting so that the dog can become familiar with us. This particularly applies to medium and large breeds. We will not wear masks in the presence of your dog, as dogs rely heavily on facial signals. Arrangements can be made to suit yourself at the time of booking.
If you have any further queries, we will be happy to help, please contact us.
Please note: All Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday will be charged at double rate for all services.
